In this contract unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall respectively have the following meanings:

a) Ore: means Iron Ore Fines produced from any mines in India

b) Wet Basis: means Ore in its natural wet state

c) Dry Basis: means Ore dried at 105 degrees Centigrade

d) WMT or Wet Metric Ton: means a metric ton of Ore

e) DMT or Dry Metric Ton: means metric ton of Ore less the moisture content given in the quality report by SGS.

f) INR: Means Indian Rupee or the currency of the Republic of India
