that specializes in the design and production of

industrial valves and pipelines elements of thermal

power station (desuperheaters, throttle devices,

standard pipe adapters etc.) Large nomenclature

of products, strong production and technological

capabilities, as well as individual approach to each

client - this is sufficient to satisfy any, even the

most demanding customers.

ROU Co. manufactures products for different

purposes with a nominal diameter of 6 to 140000

mm, maximum operating pressure to 37.3 MPa,

maximum operating temperature to 5600C that

can be used not only in the energy sector, also in

the petrochemical, metallurgical, chemical and

other industries.

The design, manufacturing and equipment of

plants FPRDS, PRDS, PRS and DP this is one

of the operation directions of ROU Co. The

equipment of plants can be additional: electric

drives, electrical executive mechanisms, control

and automation systems, pipelines elements for

mounting of stations - based on the wishes of the

consumer. Made custom design and manufacture

desuperheaters, throttle devices, water nozzles

and steam-water nozzles for FPRDS, PRDS, PRS, DP

and spare parts, also.

Our design department cooperates with major

design institutes in the energy sector in Russia

and Near Abroad (Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus).

It constantly designs new products, modernizes

existing products in order to increase the service

life, reliability and technical-economic indicators.

All products of ROU Co. certified in the GOST P

system (Russia) and UkrSEPRO (Ukraine) and have

permissions to use of Federal Service for Ecological,

Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Russia),GOSPROMNADZOR (Belarus), GOSGORPROMNAD-

ZOP (Ukraine).

ROU Co. Quality Management System is assessed

and certified by SGS as meeting the requirements of ISO

900001:200008.

ROU Co. today is:

- four production buildings with total area of 5500 m2;

- the total area of the plant is 120000 m2;

- 240 highly qualified personnel of them about 30 employees of design and technology department, which can completently solve technological and industrial problems;

- modern high-tech metalworking centers and CNC machine tools;

- using of program hyperMILL to calculate and control programs for CNC machine tools;

- using only high-quality metal-working tools of European and Russian manufacturers (SKIF-M, PRAMET, SECO, SANDVIK, WALTER, KENNAMETAL);

- the welding area with modern and high-performance welding and surfacing equipments;

- the foundry area with two electroslag centrifugal casting (CESC) plants, with total capacity for steel up to 680 tons/year, which allow making details of any steel grade in economic and qualiative indicators are not inferior forgings;

- own certified and accredited non-destructive testing laboratory with modern equipment and test facilities;

-the irreducible balance of metal rolling (about 150 tons) and casting bilets, it allows to have minimum production time.
