Background of the Company:

Viz car care products are manufactured by specialized concern of Rupantor Chemicals. It's a sister concern of Vertex Group. Though has been founded in 2008 but other concerns of Vertex group are in the production line since 1973. We believe in specialization of each concern of our group.

Factory Facilities:

The need to have the capacity and flexibility to manufacture a wide range of products requires a broad selection of plant through various factory sites worldwide. The main manufacturing plant consists of two 35 tons stainless steel blending units (Bill Ben) positioned on load cells for highly accurate measuring of pumped raw materials.

Various other mixing and blending units bring the manufacturing capacity to around 100 tons. All weighing is carried out via precision electronic scales to continue production in total accuracy.

As part of our commitment to quality and innovation EAC uses the very latest hi-tech Research and Development laboratories in the world, where teams of qualified chemists and technicians are constantly striving to improve upon existing product ranges and develop new ones. Many of our new products are developed in conjunction with our customers, ensuring we produce the right product to do the job.
