The BW-160/10 grouting pump consists of pump head, pump body, clutch, protective cover, belt and power drive, frame, air chamber and pressure gauge device, water filter and other components. The power generated by the electric motor is transmitted to the pump body through the belt and the clutch, and becomes a linear reciprocating motion of the piston through the rotary motion of the crankshaft connecting rod, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the steel ball in the pump head to perform the suction and discharge work.
The pump head is the main component of the grouting pump. It consists of three single-acting hydraulic cylinders connected in parallel with a common suction and discharge chamber. The components on both sides of the suction and discharge chambers can be replaced as needed.

The engagement or disengagement of the clutch is controlled by the clutch handle, the handle is disengaged from the clutch, and the handle is engaged downward.
