It consists of : top of silo, wall of silo, reinforced rib, high strength bolts and mastic for aviation
a.Top of silo
The assembled top is constructed by load-bearing purlin and cover plate made of galvanized steel sheet with natural ventilated hole, and this unique structure ensures its good seal and rain resistance performance
b.Wall sheets of silo
All steel sheets are well hot galvanized and high strength bolts are used to connect two neighbored steel plates. We use sealant specially for aviation so as to ensure the good strength of the silo and sealing performance
c. Reinforced ribs
We install longitudinal reinforced ribs in the silo for higher stability, and all ribs are Z-shaped steel parts. The reinforced ribs are connected with the wall of silo using high strength bolts.
