We have classes for men, women and children ages 4 and up. We have no annual contracts, offer a free introductory class and family discounts. Shaolin Kempo Karate is a blended system of Shaolin Kung Fu, Kempo Karate and Jiu Jitsu. This allows anyone any age to be able to learn how to get fit and how to protect themself. We also offer Aerobic Kickboxing classes to allow those that may not want a hands on experience in the martial arts to learn basic self defense while increasing there cardio to lose weight, firm the body and have fun while exercising.
