PLATING

தயாரிப்பு விளக்கம்
Plating is the process of depositing metal on the surface of parts using electrolysis to form a protective metal layer. Richconn can provide you with chrome plating, rhodium plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, copper plating, tin plating, cadmium plating, titanium plating, Aluminum plating services.
Why Do We Need Plating?
The purpose of plating is to improve the appearance of a material while imparting various physicochemical properties to the surface, such as corrosion resistance, decorative properties, abrasion resistance, brazing properties, as well as conductive, magnetic, and optical properties.

Types of Plating We Can Offer You
Zinc plating
The zinc coating has high purity and is an anodic coating. The zinc layer plays a role in mechanical protection of the steel matrix and also plays an electrochemical protection role. Galvanized layer is widely used in machinery, hardware, electronics, instrumentation, light industry, etc., and is one of the most widely used plating types.
Copper plating
The copper plating layer is a cathodic plating layer, which can only provide mechanical protection to the base metal. The copper plating layer is usually not used as a protective decorative coating alone, but as the bottom or middle layer of the coating to improve the bonding strength between the surface coating and the base metal. It is used in the electronic field, such as copper plating through holes on printed circuit boards, as well as in hardware technology, handicrafts, furniture decoration and other fields.
Nickel plated
The nickel industrial plating layer is a cathodic protective layer and only provides mechanical protection to the base metal. In addition to direct use in some medical devices and battery casings, the nickel plating layer is often used as the bottom layer or intermediate layer and is widely used in daily hardware, light industry, home appliances, machinery and other industries.
Chrome plating
The chromium plating layer is a cathodic plating layer and only plays a mechanical protection role. Decorative chrome plating, the bottom layer is usually a polished or electrodeposited bright coating.
