RCA was formed during 1902. They were the first company that made the TV, the parent company is Thomson electronics which owns GE and many other brands as well. They have about 75, 000 employees.

SMT decided to do the 12 volts product under RCA, started october of 2005, and we have 50 employees and our main business is car audio / video and marine audio.
