I decided to create Soap and Beauty when discovering that many of my every day beauty products where produced in enviroments that harmed animals and/or our planet. I have always loved cosmetics and beauty, but I wanted to be able to buy quality products that worked, and ones I could trust. Friends that I spoke to also felt the same way, it was then that I set about creating the ecommerce store 'Soap & Beauty'. After researching that the average woman will use upto 15 beauty products each day (and gets over 500 potentially harmful petrochemicals and other nasties in the bargain). Soap & Beauty helps you leave high-street cosmetics behind, with more natural beauty products that will keep you looking good on the outside – and feeling good on the inside! “You have to suffer to be beautiful.” We don’t believe that’s true – and animals shouldn’t have to suffer either. Most high-street cosmetics and beauty products are tested on animals or contain ingredients harvested from animals.
