We do total development process- Once we get the sketch or concept from buyer we do proceed, start developing the product along with sourcing correct yarns/fabric and trims. Sourcing factories and do effective pricing for client requirement and do negotiation with factory to hit buyer target prices. Receive order and do order execution within time frame. Do control total quality assurance process with factory using our own QC stationed in the factory and do final inspection for client. Ensure timely shipment. Do shipment booking and arranging freight assistance when ever client require.
