Tim Worsfold - Architects is based in a 400 year old 'Welsh Long House',

and the practice was established in 2001. Previously a partner in Private

Practice, Tim teamed up with Geoff Williams who was a partner in a multi

disciplinary paractice in 2002 - both having worked together between 1975

to 1982, to pool their collective skills and diversity of the profession

and to share their experience in the Construction Industry. We both feel

that on the rare occasion that we cannot provide an answer, we both know

someone who can.

We therefore share our knowledge to accurately assess potential

commissions, its architecture and design and also find potential

development sites for clients - current and prospective which come to our

attention from time to time before being 'marketed'. This includes an

initial viability study which does not usually incur a fee.

* In addition to 'architecture' Geoff has extensive expertise for the

implementation for projects to repair defective homes and holds the PRC

License for 'Cornish', 'Vinity' and 'Hawksley Schindler' house types. This

experience includes schemes for enveloping similar housing areas in the

vacinity.

Geoff is also an agent for the arrangement of Noise Insulation packages -

where and when new/extended roads are constructed in the vacinity which

may have an impact to a dwelling.

Many of our clients, eminate from recommendation or from successfully
