Total Management is a web-based property management software. The software provides an easy way to manage multifamily and commercial properties in the cloud.

The company was formed by property managers & owners who looking for software for their own portfolios. After determining that there was no viable solution, they started Total Management. Among many systems, Total Management includes a complete accounting, work order, traffic/leasing, and tenant tracking system.

Total Management's features include an industry-first viewing class, to limit which bills users can see; duplicate invoice catcher; built-in live chat support; customizable user settings; CAM reconciliation; and a multifunctional dashboard to quickly view property information.

Total Management has dedicated their computers to running Stanford University's Folding@home application. The project allows volunteers to donate unused computer time to cancer & disease research.
