We design, build and sell affordable, green, energy efficient office condominiums and office/medical buildings to professionals wishing to own rather than lease.

We are members of the U.S. Green Building Council and our designs use the latest energy building techniques and Energy Star appliances. Our buildings are designed with a 100-year life span, which provides the savvy owner or investor with the lowest energy use and maintenance costs for years to come.
