United Engineering LLC provides site planning and design services to developers of both commercial and residential projects.

Commercial projects range from Walgreens, Lowes, Wal-Mart, strip centers or major shopping centers. We are licensed in and have worked in over 15 surrounding states.

Residential projects include single family subdivisions, apartment complexes, and mixed use developments.

Services include site planning, design, permitting and construction observation. United Engineering, LLC also coordinates the work of the various consultants required during the design stage, including the surveyor, geotechnical engineer, traffic engineer and environmental engineer as required.
