Inclusive support and leave all the IT systems management to Wavehill regular onsite visits remote support and server and system monitoring allows us to pro-actively manage your systems allowing you to focus on your business strengths. This level of support is designed around the needs of customers without an expert in-house IT support function.
Capped Hours allows you a combination of the services above but with less expense due to the number of support hours being capped each month.
Pay as you Go this flexible approach is a reactive service where you buy our time when you need it. Regular maintenance and Server monitoring can be included. Time is logged against each case in increments of 5 minutes the time is calculated on a monthly basis agreed with you invoiced and payable on 30 days.
