Wil Chee - Planning, Inc., d.b.a. Wil Chee - Planning & Environmental (WCP), is located in Honolulu and has provided planning and environmental consulting services since 1976.

WCP has successfully completed projects at domestic and international sites. These include the Hawaiian Islands of Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, Molokai, Oahu and Lanai; Indonesia, China, Japan, Korea; and Pacific Islands of Guam, Saipan, Tinian, Solomon Islands, Kwajalein Atoll, Tuvalu., Tahiti, American Samoa, Republic of Palau.
