Xuzhou Lijian Machinery Casting Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise, founded in October, 1998 and located in the beautiful Feng County, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. We use automatic casting technology. We are equipped with modern facilities, such as modeling casting, sandblasting, machining, painting, enameling and assembling. Therefore, we can produce low-cost and high-quality products. Company Business: gray iron, ductile iron, cast steel and other products. 50% of products are exported to European countries.

Now, our company covers an area of 140,000sqm, with more than 30,000 square meters for the workshop. We have 500 employees, including more than 60% of technical staff members and professional engineers.

Equipment:

2 sets of hot blast cupolas (3T / H); 2 sets of intermediate frequency electric furnaces (1.8T / H); 2 sets of intermediate frequency electric furnaces (6T / H); 1 vacuum production line, 2 resin sand production lines (5T / H, 15T / H); 16 sets of 3-16T lanes; molding machines, shot blasting machines, drying ovens, tempering kilns, assaying and testing casting facilities and other casting equipment; lathes, planers, machining centers and other ancillary equipment.

Producing capacity:

1. Ordinary clay sand molding: 8,000 tons/year;

2. Resin sand production: 20,000 tons/year;

3. Vacuum casting: 5,000 tons/year;

Gray cast iron: HT250 - HT350 chuck, lathe bed, accessories of construction machinery.

Ductile iron: 400-18-600-3 injection molding machine, cabinet, and accessories construction machinery, etc.
