Our classes include gentle-destress, Hatha, Anusara-inspired, Integral, Hot Power, Yoga Blend, Back to Basics, Yoga for Back Pain Relief and Prevention, restorative yoga Nidra, and Pilates.

Children's classes include Mommy and Me (strong walkers - 2.5 yrs), Family Yoga (parent & child 3 - 5 yrs), Yoga Kids Discovery (6 - 10 yrs), Yoga Pajama Party, and Yoga Birthday Parties.

Workshops have included Nia, Kundalini, Partner Yoga, Yoga as Prayer, iRest, and Restorative.,

We carry yoga mats (regular, Jade Harmony), yoga gear, books, CDs, DVDs, fitness clothing made in the US, and Fair Trade gifts.

On the premises we have a licensed massage therapist and an infrared suana for detoxification.

We have held free yoga classes to benefit Wounded Warriors, SUDS, and Encore Pets. We offer free weekly classes for cancer survivors. All Military receive four free classes.
