FLOW YOGA

It is suitable for all and those who lead a very active lifestyle and/or have been practicing yoga for a while will benefit from it and enjoy these sessions.
These classes are based on the Vinyasa style of yoga where we move from one Asana (posture) to another without breaking the flow. It’s a fluid session which sees us flowing from one shape to another without any effort. There are always options for different levels of ability. However, "don't push, don't force" is our mantra in every class.
