Production and Quality Control

We run 5 advanced SMT production lines with a monthly production capacity of 600,000 sets, 10 wave soldering production lines, and 10 assembling lines that ensure a monthly production capacity of 800,000 completed set-top boxes. Our new factory, occupying an area of 17,000 sq. meters, is being built with even more advanced production lines.

We ensure 100% quality control by employing different advanced technical equipments, such as SFU, DVB-S/T/C Modulator, RoHS Testing Equipment, Temperature Humidity Chamber, Stream Analyzer, Frequency Spectrograph, Stream Generator, AV Output Testing Equipment, and Oscilloscope.
